All tiers have a one-time $550 onboarding fee, plus photos and cleaning billed separately, and include guest screening & background checks for every reservation.
$550 covers: Walkthrough report, tailored Amazon wishlist, maintenance scope of work, staging, omni-channel listing building, SEO optimization, title & descriptions, smart pricing setup, revenue management setup, sales & county tax account setup, vacation rental license setup (with AVARA team), and dedicated CPA account setup (with SOFIA Accounting team).
