01Program Description

Realtevo Investments LLC operates a text messaging program for guests and prospective guests of the vacation rental properties we manage. Messages include reservation confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, property access details, support during a stay, and occasional offers or return-guest discounts for people who have asked to hear from us.

02How You Opt In

We only text people who have asked us to. You can give consent in any of these ways:

• Entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking or guest guide forms
• Providing your number during a direct booking and agreeing to receive text updates about that stay
• Texting a keyword such as START to our business number

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. Agreeing to receive email from us is not the same as agreeing to receive text messages, and we do not treat it as such.

03Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Reservation and stay-related messages are sent as needed for your booking. Promotional messages are sent no more than approximately four times per month.

04Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Realtevo does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

05How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email management@realtevoinvestments.com, or call our guest line at +1 (689) 400-6581.

06How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send you no further texts unless you opt in again. You can still reach us by email or phone at any time.

07Carriers and Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network conditions.

08Privacy and Your Mobile Data

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that provide services on our behalf, such as our messaging platform provider, strictly so that the messages you asked for can be delivered.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any other purpose. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
